At Borderline Ski & Snowboard Shop, we want you to be fully prepared for the slopes; if your gear or apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, used technical hardware and mounted skis are not eligible for return.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are attached to the outerwear or equipment.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
